Perks that aren't on the bill

How this works

On-site total = nightly rate × nights × (1 + tax). Disney Resort self-parking and theme park parking are $0 for resort guests.

Off-site total = (nightly rate + resort fee) × nights × (1 + tax) + getting to the parks. If you drive, that's hotel parking × nights plus $35 standard theme park parking × park days. If you don't, it's your rideshare or shuttle cost × park days.

The cash difference is only half the story. Being close enough to go back for a midday break is often what makes the trip feel easy.
